"When you love a place you have the duty to protect it, and to love it you have to know it first "

As a nature lover and a wildlife photographer, being in the outdoors is where everything makes sense to me. After the birth of my daughter, the most enlightening moments in my life happened when I've been in contact with nature. Each encounter with a wild animal is unique and a lifetime experience, one that I'll never forget and will nourish my soul for eternity.

Unfortunately, along with the beauty and the endless rewards of being in contact with nature on a daily basis, comes the sadness of experiencing the damage of our ecosystems. Animals being hurt by boats, natural habitats being destroyed by city developments and our oceans continuously being polluted, day after day, as a result of our actions.

Wild Hug is a wildlife awareness project created by my 10 year old daughter and myself.  The project was inspired by our love of nature and the need to protect it. Our purpose is to create awareness of the importance, beauty and fragility of the ecosystems around us, while inviting you to go back to nature and create your own life changing experiences.

We believe that those moments in contact with nature depend our future as a humanity. We invite you to take a walk on the park, go paddling on a lake or ocean, hike a trail, walk a forest, just be outdoors and engage with all your senses the magic of the mother of all, our Mother Nature.

Start your journey today, loose and find yourself at the same time while exploring the outdoors. In exchange we promise you that you will grow lifetime memories of joy and an inner peace that only originate in contact with nature.  Give a Wild Hug to a tree, to an animal, to the ocean, after all they are your friends and we all need to take care of each other.
